Pretty much common sense and courtesy, when you get right down to it. For each 'gallery', and the sites, there are slightly different rules. It would be much appreciated if they were followed, or at least looked over. Thank you!
'Traditional' Art galleries on finesse
For my digital gallery, the rules are fairly standard. Downloading, even saving and uploading the images to your own site is quite fine, as long as you give credit. The whole reason these prints are posted is to share, after all! I would appreciate being notified if you do take the prints for your own site, though, just so I can mosy over and look. .
If you want a digital print, I do have some at Deviantart. Feel free to buy them , and support a starving student artist.
Please do not direct link and steal this sites bandwidth, as then I would be unable to keep my own web site up and running.

For the pictures I have posted of my more 'traditional' art, which is pretty much all of Finesse, (Meaning pencil sketches, conté, silversmithng chalk, charcoal, acrylic etc), the rules are the same as most of the other galleries with one exception.
If you decide you want the pictures here posted to another site, please contact me first. I'd be more than happy to let you use them once you sent me an email about it.

Very simple. No direct linking. Download the files, and upload them wherever you like. A link back would be nice, but isn't needed.

The rules for all the web layouts are slightly different than the graphics, but not by much.
When you download the pre-made layout, there's a small button labeled 'Dark Gardens Design', pointing at this site, an image map link, or a credits section. Please do not remove the link back, however it is integrated. The graphics for the site are not to be changed in any way, or used in your own work. Also, please do not direct link and steal my bandwidth.
If you do decide to copy/paste some of the code in the web sites, I'd appreciate a link back, since I did work hard in coding the site. Eventually I hope to have a few tutorials posted on basic HTML, and some CSS. I do not requior a link back to this site if you borrow the code, but it would be nice.
If you try to borrow the main layout code for Dark Gardens without telling me of it...I will not be happy.
